Yes, the "JM" is a practical way to avoid the classic dilemma between José María and Josep Maria. It depends on the language, the place… or the day. So with the initials I save myself explanations and space.
From Direct Sales to Coaching
I started in sales at 18, and for over 20 years I worked in the automotive industry. Dealing with people face to face, listening, and understanding what they truly need is something I learned there and still apply every day.
Over time, I felt I needed deeper tools to understand human behavior, so I trained in Business & Life Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and NLP at the Universitat Central de Catalunya (UCC).
Why This Project Was Born
Although that training changed the way I see the world, my professional career took a technical turn. Since 2020, I've been 100% focused on the digital sector.
I realized there were many excellent personal development professionals who had no visibility, and many people seeking help who didn't know how to filter through all the noise.
I created Top 100 Coaching to bring those two worlds together: applying my judgment as a trained coach and my technical experience to provide valuable, well-organized information.
What I Do Today
These days I don't work as a coach, but rather help those who do. I work as an SEO Consultant specializing in WordPress for health and wellness professionals. I understand their needs because I understand their training.
